The haier W860 is a less than average phone for the price by MTK6589 standards. Unlike the W910 it is not specifically designed for with durability in mind or the specs would be very acceptable.
A 512MB Ram and 854*480pixel resolution screen is not up the 1GB the 1280 HD level a phone of this price should produce. An SD Port that supports at least 32GB is pretty normal but the W680 only takes 16GB.
Honestly with the bar set so high by somany other MTK6589 Phones the W860 is just not god value for money.
