As with many a Chinese android specs vary  depending  on seller which is always  confusing. First spec to be note is the operating system although not biggie either Android 4.2.2 or 4.2.1 only reason this could be problematic is if your a new freak because upgrading always destroys warranty. Spec number two the back camera stated as 5MP or 8MP both are true depending on how you look at it but still a little deceptive of some vendors. A technique called interpolation is used to add pixels to a photo which is not always as accurate as the pixels stated. So for safe measure assume the P5 is only 5MP in the rear.

Cubot P5
Usable on 2G and 3G networks with up to two sims at a time which is good for juggling business and pleasure.
Screen is 4.5 inches and five point touch which is large and responsive at up to five different points of touch. 
Ram space is 512MB and will play the majority of apps smoothly unless they are very large then like an other form of computer the phone will slow down.

Good for watching things and most wants for a low price a more than adequate phone unless your a large app fanatic.
